I was born in a straight
jacket
To the doctor’s grave dismay
My father made a racket
And lost his grey toupee!
The nurse tried to release me
And free my arms sealed tight
But nothing she could do
Could cure my grim birth
plight.
My mother begged the doctor,
“Please what can be done?
We cannot let our son
Be the only pinned up one!”
The doctor bowed his head
In duty as he sighed,
“There is one medicine
I think I could prescribe.”
With just a bit of wrapping
And a buckling or two
My two new loving parents
Were straitjacketed too!
My father thanked the doctor
For making us the same
My mother kissed the nurse
For saving us from shame!
And so my family left
The hospital that night
With two new lovely coats
And a son held quite tight!

I thoroughly enjoy your humor! Dark and quirky I would say
