It's a Plaid Day!

Do you ever simply fall in love with patterns? The 40's praised patriotic stripes, the 50's preferred polka dots, and bold bright patterns became the 60's signature design. For quite some time, plaid was restrictively stamped under school girl uniform. Now there's hardly a passing moment that I can find an excuse not to wear plaid. I wear plaid stockings to school, plaid pants to work, & plaid suits to church...and giggle at the thought of wearing polka dots till I'm at least twenty-three!
